The Sacred Resonance Wellness Studio (“the PMA”) operates exclusively within the private domain. All offerings, communications, programs, and interactions are provided solely to enrolled Private Members who have voluntarily entered into a private membership agreement with the PMA. By accessing this website or engaging with any PMA-related materials, you acknowledge that you are entering a private, member-to-member relationship and not a public-facing commercial interaction.

2. Purpose and Scope

The PMA exists to support the wellness, coherence, and personal development of its Members through frequency-based modalities, resonance-oriented education, and related wellness practices. All content is provided for informational, educational, and experiential purposes within the private domain.

Nothing offered by the PMA is intended to diagnose, treat, or replace professional medical or psychological services. The services offered within the PMA are not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any physical or psychological conditions, nor do the services within the PMA provide medical, therapeutic, or clinical services. All insights offered are observational and educational in nature, and Members engage with all programs by personal choice and personal responsibility.

3. Membership Requirement

Access to PMA services, programs, or materials requires active membership. By continuing to use this site, you affirm that:

• You are an enrolled Member of the PMA;
• You agree to the PMA’s private nature and internal governance;
• You accept that all interactions occur under private agreement, not public law.

If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the site and refrain from accessing PMA materials.

6. No Public Jurisdiction

The PMA does not operate under public jurisdiction, public regulatory frameworks, or public commercial codes. By engaging with the PMA, Members agree that:

• No public agency or authority has oversight over private Member-to-Member interactions;
• Any disputes will be resolved internally through private communication and good-faith dialogue;
• Members waive the right to bring PMA matters into public courts except by mutual agreement.

This preserves the integrity and autonomy of the private domain.

7. Personal Responsibility and Assumption of Risk

Members acknowledge that:

• All wellness practices involve personal responsibility;
• Frequency-based modalities are exploratory and experiential;
• The PMA does not guarantee specific outcomes;
• Members participate by free will and at their own discretion.

Members agree to hold the PMA and any practitioner harmless for the Member’s own interpretations, decisions, or choices in relation to any sessions they may receive, and for a practitioner’s chosen approach to conducting each session.

The PMA provides tools; Members determine how they are applied.

8. Website Use

By using this website, Members agree not to:

• Engage in data scraping, unauthorized copying, or misuse of materials;
• Introduce harmful code or attempt to disrupt site functionality;
• Share private content publicly or with non-Members.

The site is a private gateway for Members only.

9. Amendments

The PMA may update these Terms & Conditions to maintain alignment with its mission, governance, and private-domain structure. Members will be notified of substantive changes. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
